View projectIn collaboration with Don Bosco partners in Lviv, Kyiv and Dnipro, FOOTBALL IS MORE supports war-affected children, young people and military personnel in their integration into local communities and clubs. Through targeted education and training programmes, we promote independence, social participation and new perspectives. Sport plays a central role in this: with an inclusive football team and an e-sports group, we create spaces for community, team spirit and sustainable integration.

In cooperation with our partners, we provide holistic support to war-affected children, young people and military personnel in their integration into local organisations, clubs and communities. In addition to setting up specialised organisations, we offer comprehensive education and training programmes. These prepare participants for integration into school, work and social life. At the same time, we promote their independence and sense of responsibility: through targeted training as group assistants and game supervisors, they take on active roles, strengthen their skills and support others.
A central component of the project is the establishment of a youth-oriented football team that combines sporting activity with team spirit, cohesion and social participation. In addition, an e-sports group will be set up to address modern interests and create additional opportunities for community and support.
