Donations & Payments Terms

2.1 General Donations

Unless otherwise designated, donations to FOOTBALL IS MORE are used at the foundation's discretion to support our programs, operations, and mission. This may include:

• Community outreach and awareness campaigns
• Equipment and resources for participants
• Administrative and operational costs
• Staff and volunteer support

2.2 Designated Donations

If you wish to designate your donation for a specific program or purpose, please indicate this during the donation process or contact us directly. While we make every effort to honor donor designations, if circumstances prevent us from using funds as specified (e.g., a program is discontinued or overfunded), we reserve the right to redirect the donation to similar purposes that align with our mission.

2.3 Disclaimer

FOOTBALL IS MORE Foundation reserves the right to allocate donated funds according to the foundation's priorities and evolving needs. All donations are subject to the foundation's policies and applicable laws governing charitable organizations.

We accept donations through the following methods:

3.2 Payment Processors

Your payment information is processed securely by our payment partners:

3.4 Currency

4.1 General Policy

Donations to FOOTBALL IS MORE Foundation are generally non-refundable. By completing a donation, you acknowledge that the funds are intended as a charitable contribution.

4.2 Exceptional Circumstances

Refund requests may be considered in the following exceptional circumstances:

• Technical errors: Duplicate charges, incorrect amounts processed, or system errors
• Unauthorized transactions: Fraudulent use of payment credentials
• Mistaken donations: Clear evidence that the donation was made in error (e.g., wrong amount entered)

4.3 Refund Request Process

To request a refund:

• Contact us within 30 days of the donation at info@footballismore.org
• Provide your full name, email address used for the donation, donation date, and amount
• Explain the reason for your refund request
• Refund decisions are made at the foundation's discretion and typically processed within 14 business days

4.4 Recurring Donations

If you have set up a recurring donation, you may cancel future payments at any time by contacting us at info@footballismore.org or through your PayPal account settings. Cancellation will apply to future payments only; past donations are not refundable.

5.1 Important Notice

Tax deductibility of donations depends on your country of residence and its tax laws. FOOTBALL IS MORE Foundation cannot provide tax advice.

5.2 Liechtenstein

FOOTBALL IS MORE Foundation is recognized as a non-profit organization (gemeinnützig) by the Principality of Liechtenstein and has been tax-exempt since 2013. Donations may be tax-deductible under Liechtenstein tax law.

5.3 European Union / EEA

Tax deductibility in EU/EEA countries varies. Some countries may recognize tax deductions for donations to charitable organizations in other EU/EEA member states. Please consult your local tax authority or a tax advisor.

5.4 Other Countries

Donors from outside the EU/EEA should consult their local tax regulations. Donations to foreign charitable organizations may or may not qualify for tax deductions in your jurisdiction.

5.5 Donation Receipts

We provide a donation receipt/confirmation via email for all donations. This receipt includes the donation amount, date, and our foundation details. For donations requiring official tax receipts, please contact us at info@footballismore.org with your specific requirements.
