Welcome Carlos Lima to the FOOTBALL IS MORE Foundation board

We are delighted to welcome Carlos Lima to the FOOTBALL IS MORE Foundation board.

Carlos brings over 20 years of experience at the intersection of elite sport and business. As a multiple Swiss champion in track and field and handball, he represented Switzerland at World and European Championships and competed at the Olympic Games, earning an Olympic diploma. He won titles with Borba Lucerne and TV Suhr in Switzerland, and with Ademar León (Spain) and TBV Lemgo (Germany) abroad.

After graduating from ETH Zurich in sports science and business administration, Carlos built a career as Managing Director, entrepreneur, coach, and consultant – guiding companies, athletes, and organisations toward success.

His unique blend of athletic excellence, business acumen, and leadership experience will be invaluable as we continue to grow inclusive football across Europe.
