FIM Academy
Coaches for Inclusion – Health – Peace
A university-level seminar equipping leaders to deliver football-driven social change worldwide.
Together with European universities and the professors of the FIM–Family, we deliver a compact, practical seminar that prepares participants for missions in sports-related social-aid projects in developing countries.
Students apply what they learn during an assignment with a partner NGO or FOOTBALL IS MORE. The programme teaches project management for development aid, leadership and pedagogy, social and life skills, health promotion, and how to include people with disabilities in and through football.
Graduates are able to use the power of football within social development projects to create lasting improvement on the ground.
