FIM raises awareness

Immersive sessions that help organisations understand inclusion from the inside out.

This sensitisation programme places participants alongside people with disabilities to understand their needs, everyday challenges, and unique skills. We deliver workshops and seminars in schools, universities, sports clubs, and companies, supported by professors and disability coaches from our partner clubs.

After the learning sessions, participants without disabilities join an inclusive sporting event. Playing football together helps overcome fear, builds mutual understanding, and brings the theory of inclusion to life.

Learning objectives

  • Explore different types of disability and levels of inclusion.
  • Understand the skills and needs of people with disabilities.
  • Identify what true inclusion requires in everyday environments.

Who it is for

  • Schools and their pupils.
  • Universities and their students.

  • Sports clubs, players, coaches, and officials.
  • Companies and their employees.
